Kristin Rangnes is the General Manager of Gea Norvegica UNESCO Global Geopark. She is member of European Geoparks Network (EGN) Advisory Committee since 2012, Vice-coordinator of the EGN (2013- 2018) and EGN Coordinator EGN (2018 – 2022). She is member of Global Geoparks Network (GGN) Bureau (2013-2015) and the GGN Treasurer since 2014. She is member of Norwegian Committee for geoparks and geoheritage and Coordinator of the Committee since 2023.
