Based on the newly issued “Global Geopark Evaluator Selection and Management Procedures” by UNESCO and the GGN Executive Board, the GGN ExB will hold “the 1^st Global Geopark Evaluators’ Seminar” on 29 October, 2018 in China University of Geosciences, Beijing, China. This Seminar is open to all global geopark evaluators, aiming to promote evaluators’ professional skills and guarantee the quality of global geopark evaluation/revalidation missions. This is the first evaluators’ seminar organized by the Global Geoaprks Network. Qualified evaluators will be issued the global geopark evaluator certificates after the seminar. The GGN ExB invites all global geopark evaluators to actively participate in the seminar. The seminar is free of charge for evaluators.
